Crafty’s Sports Bar

Crafty’s  is  a  Sports  Bar  in  the  ‘Eat’s’  Precinct  at  Harbour Town Shopping Centre.

Walking  into a cold  shell, our works required  the  construction of a full commercial kitchen, bars, dining & bar seating area, an outdoor dining space, male & female amenities & a services corridor.

The works were undertaken concurrently whilst the Base Building  on the precinct  was  being  constructed. Our works were integrated with the base building contractor & safety on the overall site was managed by the Centre Managers, Lend Lease Properties.

The works to the back of house areas were heavily focused  on  services,  with  a  great  deal  of  coordination required to ensure these services were  accessible  once  all  the  equipment  was  installed.

The  front  of  house  area  was  more  focused  on  finishes with the use of aged brass, solid timbers, leather & blackened steel being featured.
