Ferny Grove SHS - Commercial Kitchen

Aligned Management carried out the refurbishment of the Junior and Senior Home Economics Buildings for Ferny Grove State High School. The works comprised the complete strip out of the existing buildings to provide new Home Economics Rooms, with the Senior Building being converted into a Hospitality & Food Services compliant teaching facility.

With the Senior Teaching building now resembling a premium Commercial Kitchen, students are able to learn, experiment and develop their culinary skills on the equipment that they will encounter in the workforce.

Works included; Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical Services, Extensive Hydraulics, Walls and Ceilings, Painting, Glazing Commercial Kitchen Installation, Joinery, Concreting, Asbestos Removal, Demolition, Structural Works .

All works were completed as per the program and on budget.
