The project involved the fit out of the new Obstetrics and Gynaecology suite at Sunnybank Private Hospital, in their latest Medical Consult Building.

The project had to be fitted out within 4 weeks due to the lease expiry of the current premises. With the fit out being in the new building all mechanical had to be hooked up to the Base Building BMS system. The project was carried out collaboratively with the design team ensuring that the tight program could be achieved. With the tight program also came issues with getting the appropriate council approvals carried out in time so that works could be completed on time. Extensive leadtime items such as joinery were installed at a end of the project so as to limit any potential damage from the site.

Works included new Mechanical, Hydraulics, Glazing, Doors, Wall Linings, Electrical, Communications, Audio Visual, Security, Wall and Floor Finishes, Joinery, Furniture, and Window Treatment.

All works were completed as per the program and on budget.
