St Kevin’s Administration Refurbishment

EDUCATION

Completed during the Christmas School holidays, Aligned Management successfully delivered the refurbishment & extension of the Administration Building.

The extension to the building has provided an additional meeting room & break out space for the staff.

Internally, the works involved the complete strip out and refurbishment to the Bathroom Facilities, reconfiguration of the Reception and Waiting Areas, new First Aid and Kitchen Facilities, and new carpet and painting throughout.

Throughout the project, friable asbestos was discovered. Aligned Management were charged with managing its safe removal and completed the works to the highest of standards, receiving the tick of approval from Workplace Health & Safety on our processes and professional handling of the situation.
